• By participating in this promotion, selected Members are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is only applicable to selected Members who received this email.
• A selected Member shall use his/her betting account to participate in 1 or more Simulcast raceday(s) between 23 and 30 July 2023 in order to be eligible to redeem a designated MCL 2D Movie Gift Voucher (2 pcs) (Value around HK$220, redemption is required at MCL designated Cinemas, subject to the relevant terms and conditions). This promotion is not applicable to any other persons. Cash betting is excluded. All bets so declared void and refunded are excluded.
• Each eligible selected Member is only entitled to obtain and redeem a maximum of ONE designated gift under this promotion.
• Selected Members who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified by email/letter in September 2023. Please ensure the registered email address/Hong Kong correspondence address is valid. No gift redemption notification will be re-issued.
• The Hong Kong Jockey Club is not the manufacturer of the gift, and shall not be responsible for the gifts and their related quality. Therefore, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Hong Kong Jockey Club will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or death caused by or resulting from the use of gifts or be liable for injuries. Customers must abide by the terms and conditions of the supplier regarding the use of gifts. Any disputes arising from the use of gifts shall be resolved between the customer and the supplier, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be responsible in any way.
• Actual appearance and colour of the gift may differ from the photo(s).
• The eligibility to receive the gift cannot be resold, regardless of whether with the intent to make a profit or not.
• Personal data of selected Members will be collected and used in accordance with The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Privacy Policy Statement (https://www.hkjc.com/home/english/corporate/corp_privacy.aspx) and may be provided to The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s service providers for the purpose of gift redemption.
• The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to suspend this promotion and/or invalidate any promotion without providing any reason, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom or in connection therewith.
• The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.
