The Stewards have today been advised by the Club’s doctors that Freelance Jockey Matthew Chadwick has sustained a fracture to his right little finger and consequently is not fit to fulfil his race riding engagements at the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 29 March 2015.
Accordingly, the following riding substitutions have been approved:-

At this stage, Jockey Chadwick will remain stood down from riding for the Happy Valley race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, 1 April 2015 prior to having his injury re-assessed on Thursday, 2 April 2015. A further release will be issued at the appropriate time advising when Jockey Chadwick will be able to resume riding.
