Happy Wednesday returns after a two-month break, with party nights staged at every Happy Valley race night throughout the new season (Photo 1). The Happy Wednesday's Back parties start on 7 September and fans will again be treated to thrilling races, great live music and loads of fun activities. The “Back” themed parties continue on 21 and 28 September.
Resident Beer Garden band, Carnivale, will continue to keep the party lively between races with their infectious Latin rhythms and great fan interaction (Photo 2). Racegoers can embrace the party mood by getting a themed fake tattoo in Beer Garden, or pose for photos with models. There are Samsung Electronic Products to be won for whoever uploads the best picture of the night to social media.
The first Happy Valley race night of the season will also mark the start of a new Happy Valley Million Challenge. This season's Challenge will run from 7 September 2016 to 15 February 2017, providing some great racing excitement as the competition progresses.
The popular hotspot adrenaline will continue to offer a sumptuous international buffet, and live music from Jennifer Palor and her band. Admission to the venue is free after 10:00 pm. A new series of cocktails created by an international awards-winning Jockey Club mixologist will be on offer in September at adrenaline (Photos 3, 4, 5). The Gallery continues to offer Mediterranean semi-buffets, while fans can enjoy the alfresco barbeque at Stable Bend Terrace (Photo 6). For bookings, please call 1817.
