Race 1 – FLYING PROSPERITY
The Veterinary Officer reported that FLYING PROSPERITY was lame in its right front leg with swelling over the lower tendon on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, FLYING PROSPERITY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Race 3 – VICTORY MUSIC
VICTORY MUSIC, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. VICTORY MUSIC was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer J Moore this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, VICTORY MUSIC will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Race 6 – GIANT STARS
The Veterinary Officer reported that GIANT STARS was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, GIANT STARS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during last night’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
