Permission has been granted for Freelance Jockey K C Leung to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner CLASSIC EMPEROR for Trainer W Y So in the 95-105 Handicap to be conducted at Meydan Racecourse, Dubai on Thursday, 22 February 2018.
Jockey Leung will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting due to the aforementioned overseas riding commitment.
