Licensing committee's decision

The Committee has, by circulation of paper, APPROVED Jockey Kevin Darley's request that he be released from his agreement to ride in Hong Kong as a Club Jockey for the period 3rd January 2002 to 17th March 2002, inclusive. Jockey Darley sought this release for personal reasons.
