Permission has been given for Jockey Eric Saint-Martin to ride INDIGENOUS, trained by Mr I W Allan, in the Japan Cup (Group 1) to be run at the Nakayama Racecourse in Tokyo, Japan on Sunday, 24 November 2002.

Jockey Saint-Martin will also represent Hong Kong in the World Super Jockeys Series at Hanshin Racecourse, Osaka, Japan. The races for this Series will be conducted on Saturday, 30 November and Sunday, 1 December 2002.

Jockey Saint-Martin will depart Hong Kong on Thursday, 21 November 2002 returning on Monday, 2 December 2002. As such, Jockey Saint-Martin will be absent from Hong Kong for the following race meetings:-

Sha Tin, 24 November 2002
Happy Valley, 27 November 2002 and
Sha Tin, 30 November 2002.
