8 2 VICTORY HEART (P414) G Mosse V/TT Settled just better than midfield mostly one off the rails, ran on steadily to hold some chance early in straight but unable to sustain effort inside final 200 metres. (Blood in trachea)
9 6 MASTER COMMANDER (T275) D Whyte -- Jumped well from a poor gate to travel amongst leaders, not far off in 3rd when 3-wide around home bend, one-paced when badly checked over 200 metres out.
10 10 FAITHFUL BOY (T089) Y T Cheng H- Jumped fairly from the one draw, ridden along to hold position before settling one back on rails coming out of back straight, weakened noticeably after straightening.
11 8 PEARL WARM WARM (T183) Z Purton -- Jumped well from the widest gate, ridden along to hold place eventually gaining narrow advantage 2-wide rounding home bend, dropped out tamely shortly after straightening.
