3 3 PRESVIS (CK638) K Fallon XB Patiently held up in 2nd last about 10Ls away from the pace, took time to muster in straight before running on strongly final 200M to finish a non-threatening 3rd.
4 10 ASHALANDA (L617) G Mosse SR Settled well in 4th along the fence and had a smooth run behind leaders, had every chance inside 300M, kept on well but couldn't find the extra to seriously challenge.
5 2 EAGLE MOUNTAIN (CK608) K Shea SR Held up in midfield along the inside and waited with till 350M, stayed on towards the line but made little impression on the first two.
6 5 STARLISH (L615) A Crastus -- Towards the rear 8-9Ls back and swung wide into the straight, progressed steadily inside 400M but not pace to challenge the first two.
7 8 SPECIAL DAYS (CH236) C Williams -- Taken back to last, not hurried and trailed over 10Ls behind leader, made limited progress when taken wide to challenge, never threatened but was a fair effort considering the strength of the opposition.
8 7 MR MEDICI (CK218) L Dettori -- Up with the early pace, settled 2-wide in 3rd and placed 3Ls behind leader, well positioned to strike turning in but lacked the needed response despite a strong drive, no extra close home.
9 6 EYSHAL (CJ099) W C Marwing B/TT Tracked the pace throughout, moved alongside leader over the home turn and took over nearing 400M, kept on till headed 250M then weakened rapidly towards the line.
10 9 QUEEN SPUMANTE (L616) H Tanaka -- Driven early, soon crossed to the fence and took them along evenly, 2Ls clear down the back straight but was pegged back turning for home, soon weakened and faded out of contention.
