  • COMMENTS AND PROSPECT:

IMPECCABLE ONE is sired by the flamboyant PIERRO, whose fourteen-race (14) career – with altogether 11-2-1 record, and five-times (5) victorious in Group I competition, including the Golden Slipper (AUS-GI) and the Champagne Stakes (AUS-GI) – had ever seen him missing the tote-board even once; such remarkable on-track accomplishments, his retirement in 2013, does promptly translate to stud success, as PINOT, representing his first crop, while racing for the Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners of the U.S., became the first American-owned filly to annex the VRC Oaks (AUS-GI) – and the first Group I graduate for PIERRO to date; while into 2018, LEVENDI, another son of PIERRO, joined such rank as well with his score in the Australian Derby (AUS-GI).

In distance, by PIERRO, a champion whose eleven (11) life-time scores were all logged at a mile or under that has yet thrown a majority of runners with good stamina, IMPECCABLE ONE, off a good foundation built on sprints, should be able to stretch out to 2000 meters.

In course preferences, with implicit influences of STORM BIRD from underneath, IMPECCABLE ONE is furthermore a grandson of LONHRO, whose own get is appealing to the racing world with a brand-new profile as of late, in particular his top performer GRONKOWSKI that ran a crack second in the Belmont Stakes (US-GI) right in his U.S. debut for new conditioner Chad Brown. With such credentials on both sides of his pedigree, IMPECCABLE ONE should be a serious talent on dirt.

In general outlook, though sire PIERRO has swiftly channeled his success from the racetrack to the breeding shed, with a slate of proven winners through his first two crops, IMPECCABLE ONE has yet to make any notable moves through the barrier trials in overseas and locally; therefore, his prospect is just initially positive.
