Champion of 2002 Breeders' Cup Turf High Chaparral

A small but selected field of eight is to face the starter come this Saturday. All eyes will be on the Aidan O'Brien trained dual Derby Classic winner High Chaparral, who, after easily disposed of his own age group earlier went on to place third in this year's running of the ARC. His style of being able to run close up to pace suggested that he is certainly a force to be reckon with although facing several more seasoned distance US turf horses.

The most diversify French import Denon continue to improve since arriving here late last year. He scored three US Grade 1 stakes at different venues over the distances of 10 to 12 furlongs thus making him the most dangerous contender here.

Both Ballingarry and Falcon Flight needs softish ground to see there best and Sir Michael Stoute always held high hope for his King George and 2000 Guineas winner Golan thus making this mile-and-a-half World Series stop a great race in the making.

		Breeders' Cup Races to be shown on-course and on TV

The Breeders' Cup Turf and Breeders' Cup Classic, the 11th and 12th legs of the World Series Racing Championship, will be held at Arlington Racecourse in the United States on Saturday 26 October. Hong Kong racing fans will be able to watch these two races on the Diamond Vision Screens and closed-circuit televisions at both Happy Valley and Sha Tin racecourses at about 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday 30 October. The two races will also be broadcast on ATV and Cable TV at the following times:
