1. HKJC Service Centre

The HKJC Service Centre will be set up on the Mezzanine Floor of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong from 2:00 pm 9 December to 1:00 pm 16 December inclusive. HKJC representatives will be at the Service Centre from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily to provide information and assistance to guests, including:

Transport schedule
Information on official events
Co-ordination with the International Racing Department
Sight-seeing tours

2. Transport

The HKJC will provide return transport from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong to official events and to Sha Tin Racecourse for track work. Details will be displayed at the HKJC Service Centre. Please notify our staff of any special requirements that you may have.

3. Hotel

Normal check-out time is 12:00 noon but the HKJC will make arrangements for late check-out at 6:00 pm for guests departing on late evening flights from Hong Kong.

4. Merchandise

Official HKIR merchandise for the Hong Kong International Races will be for sale at the HKJC Service Centre. HKJC racing and equestrian souvenirs will be available at the Hong Kong Racing Museum's gift shop at Happy Valley Racecourse. The opening hours of the Hong Kong Racing Museum are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday to Saturday, with possible changes on race days. Some HKJC souvenirs will also available at the souvenir shop at racecourses during the race meetings on 11 and 15 December.

5. Airport Departure Tax

The airport departure tax of HK$50.00 per person will be paid for by the HKJC as it will be included in the cost of the airline ticket.

6. Additional Owners and Guests

Official guests, owners, trainers and jockeys are invited to join the International Jockey Championship Races on 11 December, HKIR Gala Dinner on 13 December, Day Tour or Boat Trip on 14 December and HKIR on 15 December. Any additional owners and guests who want to participate in the above events are welcomed to join. However, any costs incurred will be for the individual's own account.
