Self Flit is taken out at about 8:00 a.m. for some
gate practice on the turf track at Tokyo Racecourse with Eddy
Lai on board before being walked around to the saddling stalls
and parade ring as part of a familiarization exercise under
Trainer Ivan Allan's supervision and with its owner Siu Pak
Kwan (left) and his family members keeping watch. Allan is
satisfied with Self Flit's condition and its jump-out performance.
