CRITICAL DATES

1. During the 90 days pre-export of the horse to Hong Kong (but not within 14 days) either commence a primary course of equine influenza vaccinations or administer a booster dose to a primary course.
2.

During the 14 days pre-export of the horse to Hong Kong specific disease testing to be performed.
3. At least 7 days pre-export of the horse to Hong Kong (irrespective of the country in which the horse is located at the time) submit the first medication list to the HKJC on the official form provided.
4. Between 6 and 3 days pre-export of the horse to Hong Kong (irrespective of the country in which the horse is located at the time) perform the pre-travel veterinary inspection and complete the official form provided. Provide the inspecting veterinarian with an updated medication list and submit both official forms to the HKJC.
5. All medications administered to the horse after the veterinary inspection until its arrival in Hong Kong must be reported in writing to the HKJC on the official form provided.
