As a tool for players to better manage their gambling behaviour, the Club offers Voluntary Account Betting Self-exclusion Service for those in need.
HKJC betting account holders can submit an application form to Racecourses or one of the Club's off-Course Betting Branches in person to set a self-exclusion period - with options of 2 years, 3 years or for an indefinite period. Service users will be prohibited from betting via their existing account and opening new accounts with HKJC.
