The Stewards have been provided with written advice from New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing that NEW STAMINA (S265), formerly named as MYSTIC BLUE, was successful at its most recent start when wearing blinkers over 1400M in New Zealand prior to being imported to Hong Kong.
Mr Paul O’Sullivan, trainer of NEW STAMINA, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr O’Sullivan’s request has been approved.
