With today’s announcement that GRIS CARO, Jockey Joao Moreira’s declared ride in the Caulfield Cup (Group 1), at the Caulfield race meeting on Saturday, 18 October, has been withdrawn from its engagement, Racing Victoria Limited Stewards have permitted Jockey Moreira to forgo his remaining rides in supporting races on the Caulfield programme. Accordingly, Jockey Moreira will not participate at the aforementioned race meeting as previously announced.
