HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast six races of the Victoria Derby Day from Australia on Saturday 1 November. In addition, two Breeders’ Cup races and the Tenno Sho Autumn will be simulcast from the USA and Japan respectively on Sunday 2 November. Bets will be accepted* on these races.
Race times and betting pools
The first simulcast race will start at 10:30 am on Saturday. The six races of the Victoria Derby Day and two Breeders’ Cup races will be scheduled as S1-1 to S1-8. The Tenno Sho Autumn is due to start at 2:40 pm on Sunday afternoon, when ten local races will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse, and will be scheduled as S2-1. - If there is no winner for the Double Trio, the jackpot generated will be carried forward to the Double Trio pool for Melbourne Cup Day on 4 November

The overseas races will be broadcast on TV and radio, as well as at Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs). Customers can review the overseas races at www.hkjcracing.com one hour after the running of each race.

‘S1’ and ‘S2’ must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Interactive Services** on overseas races should mark the S1 or S2 box (Photo 1) and race number of the overseas race on the ticket or the interfaces of Interactive Services as appropriate. Those who place bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input 'overseas meeting' and the race number respectively.
If ‘S1’, ‘S2’ or ‘Overseas meeting’ is not indicated, bets will be assigned to the corresponding local race.
Odds and starter information for overseas races
The odds and starter information for the overseas races will be available at all OCBBs, Interactive Services, and the Odds and Information Hotline 1835888.
Selling hours for the overseas races
Ticket sales for the S1 races will be available from 12:00 noon tomorrow (Friday), while selling for the S2 race will start at 12:00 noon on Saturday. Selling hours# of the overseas races are:
