Blocked for clear run on home turn last Saturday when 0.6 lengths 5th to Adelaide in the G1 Cox Plate. Placed in Australian Cup, this course and distance, in autumn.

Hawkspur

Good effort when 2.4 lengths 8th to Admire Rakti in the G1 Caulfield Cup (2400m) on 18 October after 5.3 lengths 10th to Lucia Valentina in the Turnbull Stakes at this course and distance.

Moriarty

Won G3 Craven Plate at this distance before 5 lengths 14th to Admire Rakti in the G1 Caulfield Cup. Did run third in this race last year after finishing 10th in the Caulfield Cup.

Brambles

Holding form well. Won 1700m this track before very good 0.6 lengths 3rd to Lucia Valentina in the Turnbull Stakes, this course and distance, and 1.1 lengths 4th to Admire Rakti in the 2400m Caulfield Cup.

Placed behind The Cleaner in G2 Dato’ Tan Chin Nam Stakes and G3 JRA Cup before strong win over More Than Sacred in 2025m  Cranbourne Cup on 12 October.

He's Your Man

Won the G3 Kingston Town Stakes at this distance before excellent win, with Moreira aboard, in the G1 Epsom Handicap (1600m) at Randwick on 4 October.

Farraaj

Roger Varian trained international visitor. Not raced since August when 1.5 lengths 4th to Custom Cut in the G3 Strensall Stakes (1789m) at York. That followed successive feature Handicaps wins in this distance range at Epsom and York.

Star Rolling

Unplaced three runs since winning 1400m G2 Lawrence Stakes at first run this season. Last start 4.7 lengths 10th to He's Your Man in the G1 Epsom Handicap at 1600m on 4 October.

Back in trip after 7 lengths 9th to Junoob in the G1 The Metropolitan (2400m) at Randwick on 4 October and better suited at the 2000m.

UK import formerly trained by Mick Channon. First start in Australia. Left the UK after successive wins in July and August - over 2005m at Newbury and 2086m at Haydock. Last start beat Hillstar who won the recent Canadian International.

Runner-up to Fawkner in G1 Caulfield Stakes before 1.45 lengths 7th to Adelaide in last Saturday's Cox Plate when took long time to wind up. Bigger track here suits.

New Zealand mare who improved last start on return to dry track with strong finishing half head win over Shuka in the G1 Livamol Classic (2040m) at Hastings in New Zealand. This harder but some chance if track good.

Short head second to Moriarty in the 2000m G3 Craven Plate before brave long neck 2nd to Admire Rakti in the G1 Caulfield Cup on 18 October. Go well.
