Club Jockey Nash Rawiller��s Suspension

The Stewards have received advice from Racing Victoria Ltd that Jockey Nash Rawiller, who incurred a careless riding suspension when riding SILENT ACHIEVER in the W S Cox Plate at Moonee Valley Racecourse on Saturday, 25 October 2014, has today been unsuccessful in relation to his appeal to the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board.  Consequently, Jockey Rawiller’s suspension will commence on Monday, 10 November 2014 the day upon which he was due to resume from a careless riding suspension incurred at the Sha Tin race meeting conducted on 12 October 2014 with the period of suspension expiring on Saturday, 22 November 2014.  Accordingly, Jockey Rawiller will be eligible to resume race riding at the Sha Tin race meeting to be conducted on Sunday, 23 November 2014.
