The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing and Wagering Western Australia that FINE ROCK (S317) was successful at its most recent start at Ascot Racecourse when wearing blinkers prior to being imported to Hong Kong.
Mr Y S Tsui, trainer of FINE ROCK, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Tsui’s request has been approved.
