Santa hands out 70 prizes and more at Valley party this week

Santa will make an early round this Wednesday (17 December) at the Valley to hand out more than 70 prizes at the “Wishing You a Happy Wednesday Christmas” racenight party.  Fans making a visit to the winter wonderland at Happy Valley Racecourse on the night can bask in the festive fun and win attractive prizes by joining on-course games, with the hamper that Santa brings headed by hot items such as digital cameras.

Other attractions in store include delicious Xmas treats, seasonal song and dance performances, the chance to pose for festive snaps with Santa Claus and Christmas Ambassadors, and a free Santa Hat for the purchase of any food and beverage item.

The party will present a top-notch line-up of live entertainment to get the holiday season off to a great start.  A Christmas Special Dance Performance by Russ Dance Factory (Photo 1) and the infectious beat of The Ben Semmens Band will keep fans on their toes throughout the night.
Trackside catering outlets will present a mouth-watering array of scrumptious Xmas dishes with festive delights such as Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy, as well as Xmas Cupcakes.

The 70 fabulous prizes up for grabs at the ‘Happiest Snapper’ fun games include a now TV Super Sports & Horse Racing Pack (12-month subscription), HTC RE Camera, Casio ZR800, Polaroid Cube and more.

Happy Valley Racecourse hotspot adrenaline and The Gallery will offer a magical Christmas experience by taking fans into a mysterious land for “The Shining Night”, a festive extravaganza at which guests can become stars of the night by dressing in creative outfits.  Participants stand the chance of winning amazing prizes, including a bottle of exclusive champagne.
