Enjoy an auspicious start to 2015 at Sha Tin Racecourse and receive a ��3OMETHING LUCKY�� key chain

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will stage its “Lucky Start January 1 Raceday” on the first day of 2015 to help racing fans get the New Year off to a gallop. The good fortune will start immediately on admission* to Sha Tin Racecourse, when all racegoers will receive a new version of the “3OMETHING LUCKY” key chain designed by Jan Lamb.

Adding to the excitement, popular TV actors Louis Cheung and Priscilla Wong will greet racing fans and play mini-games with them, while a total of $80 million will be up for grabs in racing, football and Mark Six jackpots during the first three days of 2015.

Mega-jackpots worth $80 million

As the Triple Trio for the Lucky Start January 1 Raceday will be topped up from the Triple Trio Reserve, the payout for a single $10 winning unit is expected to reach $28 million. In addition, jackpot of HKJC Football’s “Eng Premier 6HaFu” pool on 1 and “Eng FA Cup 6HaFu” pool on 3 January will each be topped up to $1 million , while the Mark Six New Year Snowball Draw on 3 January will offer the winner of a single $10 first prize unit as much as $50 million. Together these special jackpot prizes add up to $80 million.

Lucky Stars to share good fortune with racegoers

TV actors Louis Cheung and Priscilla Wong will lead the The Lucky Cheering Team roving around Sha Tin Racecourse to play mini-games with racegoers and distribute fabulous gifts. Don’t be shy when meeting the Lucky Stars!

Brand new range of “3OMETHING LUCKY” merchandise on offer

Besides designing the free souvenir key chain, Jan Lamb has created a brand new range of “3OMETHING LUCKY” themed merchandise for this year’s Lucky Start January 1 Raceday. The range includes a T-Shirt ($188), Hoodie ($398), Clutch Bag ($198), Backpack ($368), Watch ($198) and Portable Charger ($268). All these items will be on sale exclusively at Sha Tin Racecourse from 1 January.

First race will be run at 12:30 pm and Sha Tin Racecourse will open for admission at 10:30 am on Thursday 1 January. All racegoers must be aged 18 or above. For enquiries, please call HKJC's Customer Hotline 1817 or visit www.hkjc.com.
