The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing NSW that HAPPY AND HEALTHY (T056), formerly named as ROCKABILL, wore blinkers in all of its race starts in Australia.
Mr Andreas Schutz, trainer of HAPPY AND HEALTHY, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Schutz’s request has been approved.
