Racing Touch Android App available for download now

12/01/2015

Following the successful launch of its Racing Touch App in an iPad version, The Hong Kong Jockey Club announced today (12 January) that this App is now being made available to racing fans who use popular Android platforms.  Customers with Android-based* mobile phones or tablets can download the App from 12 January to enjoy the same informative and interactive racing experience.

Racing Touch is a graphically-rich mobile horse racing and betting application, allowing racing fans to study information for each race in a brand new way.  Its features include horse graphics matching the actual colour and markings of each runner they represent and personalised functions, such as the ‘like’ index for users to mark their favourite horse.  It also provides real-time odds enquiries and a quick bet function that enables customers** to place a bet within three taps.

With this one-stop mobile app, customers can browse comprehensive racing information such as ratings, running weights and horse weights, as well as the race results and videos of the last six runs including race commentaries.

The App is available for download free of charge from racingtouch.hkjc.com.  For more information, please visit racingtouch.hkjc.com or call the Club’s Hotline at 1817.

A fact sheet on the Racing Touch Android App can be viewed here.

* The Racing Touch Android App works best on mobile devices running Android OS 4.0 or later.  The App is best viewed on devices with screen resolutions of 1080 x 1920 or above.

** Customers must be aged 18 or above and hold HKJC betting account
