On the night of 4 February, Happy Wednesday will present the final edition of the “Magic in the Valley" parties. World-renowned magicians Jeremy Pei from Singapore (Photo 1) and Hong Kong’s own Avon Lee (Photo 2) will take the Beer Garden stage to mesmerise fans with their world-class acts. Leading close-up magician Sean MacFarlane will also be on hand in the Beer Garden to show off his fiendishly clever sleight of hand.
As February is also Valentine’s month, partygoers will be challenged to celebrate the magic of love by joining an interactive games on Wednesday which offers the chance to win a pair of diamond earrings worth $7,500 and a 925 Silver Couple Bangle worth HK$1,950, both sponsored by MaBelle (Photos 3, 4). In addition, racegoers can pose for state-of-the-art 3D photos, which use clever shadowing and tricks of perspective to make the image appear to be magically protruding from the frame. Two magic-themed cocktails, Black Magic Orange and Blue Fantasy, will also be on offer, tailor-made by talented mixologists. Meanwhile, adrenaline and The Gallery will respectively present magic performances by Avon Lee and Jeremy Pei.
