The Hon John Tsang, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR; HKJC Chairman Dr Simon S O Ip; HKJC CEO Mr Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges; and HKJC Stewards, officiate at the eye-dotting ceremony at the opening ceremony of the Chinese New Year Raceday and pose for a group photo.
