1. Grass Gallops
Local horses competing in the AP QEII Cup and Champions Mile can gallop twice on the grass, accompanied by an amah from Saturday, 18 April until Saturday, 25 April for AP QEII Cup horses and from Saturday, 25 April until Saturday, 2 May for Champions Mile horses.
The grass track will be open between 6:00am – 7:00am and booking is required.
2. The AP QEII Cup / Champions Mile Track Work Time-table
The attached track work schedule will become effective from Saturday, 18 April until Sunday, 3 May 2015.
Please note the following points:
(1) The track opens 4:45am (Sunday opens 5:30am)
(2) The track closes for harrowing at 6:40am
(3) The track closes 8:45am (Sunday closes 8:30am)
(4) Official barrier trials (21, 24 & 28 Apr) on the All Weather Track commence 8:30am
(5) Monday & Thursday stalls tests (20, 23, 27 & 30 Apr) will be held at 7:30am
(6) 1800M Jump-outs opens between 7:00am to 8:00am on Thursday, 23 April restricted to horses entered for Sunday, 26 April racemeeting.
