Alex H W Lai no longer eligible to claim allowance

At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted yesterday, Freelance Jockey Alex H W Lai rode his 250th winner on PEACE ON EARTH. As such, Jockey Lai is no longer eligible to claim a Freelance Jockey’s weight allowance with immediate effect.
