The Stewards have received advice from the British Horseracing Authority that Club Jockey Joao Moreira was found guilty of a whip related offence when riding MEDICEAN MAN in the King’s Stand Stakes (Group 1) at Royal Ascot on Tuesday, 16 June 2015. For this offence, Jockey Moreira incurred a 7 day suspension which is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 30 June 2015 and to expire on Monday, 6 July 2015, inclusive. Accordingly, Jockey Moreira will be eligible to resume race riding from Tuesday, 7 July 2015.
