The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Queensland that FANTASTIC FEELING (T273) wore blinkers in its only race start in Australia.
Mr. D Ferraris, trainer of FANTASTIC FEELING, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr. Ferraris’s request has been approved.
