At their meeting on 15 June 2015, the Licensing Committee agreed that:-
1. Dicky C Y Lui be required to appear before them to “show cause” why his Apprentice Jockey’s licence for the current 2014/2015 racing season should continue; and why his application for a further Apprentice Jockey’s licence for the 2015/2016 racing season ought to be granted.
2. Jacky C K Tong be required appear before them to “show cause” why his application for a Freelance Jockey’s licence for the 2015/2016 racing season ought to be granted.
Accordingly, Apprentice Lui and Jockey Tong have been formally advised that they will be required to appear before the Licensing Committee at 8:30am and 10:00am respectively on Friday, 10 July 2015 to attend the aforementioned “show cause” hearings.
