The Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool will be topped up with a two-million-dollar jackpot from the Jackpot Reserve Pool for the Sha Tin race meeting next Monday, 28 September. The jackpot will be allocated to Races 4 and 10, i.e. the first leg of the Triple Trio and the last race, with each race being allocated one million dollars.
The Quartet broke its payout record soon after the season opening, with more than 1.3 million dollars being paid on a $10 winning unit bet placed on the first race at the Happy Valley race meeting on 16 September
Since the launch of the Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool last season, the Quartet has on seven occasions paid out more than one million dollars on a $10 winning unit. The First 4 has also recorded a payout exceeding $200,000 on a $10 winning unit. The details are as below:
