The Stewards have this morning been advised that the flight returning Jockeys Joao Moreira and Zac Purton from Australia has been diverted to Taipei. Further, the earliest available flight from Taipei to Hong Kong is scheduled to depart Taipei at about 12.30pm.
Accordingly, the Stewards have made the following orders:
Jockeys Moreira and Purton will be replaced on their respective race riding engagements for races 1 through to 5 at today’s Sha Tin racemeeting.
