It was previously announced that Jockey Joao Moreira would ride Complacent in the Cox Plate (Group 1) to be conducted at Moonee Valley Racecourse this coming Saturday, 24 October 2015.
Jockey Moreira has this morning informed Management that following a discussion with Complacent's connections it had been decided that he would forego the ride on that horse in the aforementioned race. Accordingly, Jockey Moreira will not travel to Melbourne this weekend.
