The Stewards have been advised that Jockey Jacky C K Tong sustained an injury to right index finger whilst riding track work yesterday which resulted in swelling developing to Jockey Tong’s right index finger. Jockey Tong had been ruled as unfit to ride by the Club’s medical practitioners and is unable to fulfil his race riding engagements at the racemeeting to be held on Sunday, 1 November, 2015. As such, the Stewards approved the following riding substitutions:-
Race 2: H W Lai on PERFECT TRIUMPH
Race 3: H W Lai on YOURTHEWONFORME
Race 5: C Schofield on CASA MASTER
Race 6: Y T Cheng on FILL POWER
Race 8: R Fourie on ALL THE BEST
A release in respect of Jockey Tong’s eligibility to resume riding will be made at the appropriate time.
