Huge drop in class after past two runs at G1 level. Ran 2.75 lengths 9th to Boban in 1400m Memsie Stakes before 7.95 lengths last of 18 behind Stratum Star in 1400m Rupert Clarke Stakes at Caulfield on 26 September. Placed in 1000m barrier trial on 29 October.

Unplaced four runs this season but can improve. Track bias against last start when 2.45 lengths 9th to Evangelist in Listed Sale Cup (1600m) on 25 October.

Sound effort when 0.5 lengths 3rd to Evangelist in Listed Sale Cup (1600m) on 25 October. Capable all conditions and usually competitive these races.

Setinum

Ran on very well when 3.3 lengths 4th to Worthy Cause and Turn Me Loose in Listed 1400m Paris Lane Stakes on 4 October before 4.85 lengths 9th to Vashka in G3 Moonga Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield on 17 October when tempo was against.

Eximius

Just fair when 2.85 lengths 10th to Evangelist in Listed Sale Cup (1600m) on 25 October. That was second run this season and may be fitter.

Defiant Angel

Jumped sharply from 1200 to 1550m at second run this season and was impressive in one length win from Back On Target in Morphettville Parks BM 82 on 31 October. Good record this distance.

Freshwater Storm

Ran on well in nose win from Electric Fusion in Ballarat 1600m Handicap on 20 September before leading when one length 2nd to Desert Jeuney in Pakenham 2000m Handicap on 15 October. Versatile and racing well.

Harada Bay

Placed at past four starts and placed seven of ten starts at this distance. Solid finish last time when nose 2nd to Evangelist in Listed Sale Cup (1600m) on 25 October.

Zebrinz

Racing consistently well without winning of late. Good effort when 3.5 lengths 3rd to He Or She in Caulfield 1600m BM 90 on 14 October.

Inspector

Strong finish from midfield to score 1.25 lengths win from Royal Rapture in Mornington 1600m Peninsula Cup, in course record time, on 1 November. That was first run at this distance.

Trade Commissioner

Former UK galloper who was 7.75 lengths 13th to Worthy Cause in Listed 1400m Paris Lane Stakes at Flemington on 4 October. That was first run since July. Has won one race, at 2000m, in Australia.

King's Dance

Good on pace effort when 0.6 lengths 4th to Sadaqa and Inspector in Seymour 1400m BM 90 on 18 October at first run since June. On pace runner suited at the trip.

Lord Athenaeum

Won past two starts after a short let-up. Won Ballarat 1400m BM 70 on 7 October before sound 1.25 lengths win from Orient Line in Geelong 1500m BM 78 on 21 October. Up in class but down in weight.

Elmantosh

Fitter for two runs this season. Sound effort when 1.1 lengths 4th to Mighty Like in Bendigo 1400m BM 90 on 28 October and ready for the 1600m now.

Prix D'or

Placed at past two in weaker races at this distance. Latest was 3.1 lengths 3rd to Berisha in Pakenham 1600m BM 78 on 15 October. Form OK on turf but four wins have come on all weather tracks.
