Management has approved a request from Trainer Francis K W Lui that his allocated Apprentice Jockey Kei K K Chiong be permitted to ride in races conducted at Happy Valley Racecourse. Accordingly, Apprentice Chiong will be permitted to accept race riding engagements at the Happy Valley race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, 16 December 2015.
During her overseas training in New Zealand, Apprentice Chiong had 543 race rides which included 44 winners. Since returning to Hong Kong she has ridden in a further 64 races at Sha Tin Racecourse winning 2 of those races.
