The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Queensland that BASIC TRILOGY (V133), which raced as UPHAM in that jurisdiction, wore blinkers in three of its nine race starts in Australia.
Mr J Moore, trainer of BASIC TRILOGY, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Moore’s request has been approved.
