HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will offer Winning Trainer (Composite Win) for the Hong Kong Group One race, i.e. Race 10 of the Hong Kong Classic Mile on 24 January, Sunday at Sha Tin Racecourse. This is in addition to 3 Pick 1 (Composite Win), which will be available for every race as usual.
Winning Trainer allows customers to pick all the starters from their preferred trainer which are running in the same race. Horses are grouped into three to four composites* according to the trainer. Customers will collect a dividend if any horse in the chosen composite wins. Turnover from Winning Trainer will be merged into the existing Win pool and dividends will be calculated on a pari-mutuel basis.

*If there is only one runner in the composite, the dividend for Composite Win will be the same as Win. The only exception is where the minimum dividend applies, in which case Composite Win will pay $10.1 per $10 winning unit and Win will pay $10.5 per $10 winning unit.
