Jockey Richard Fourie has advised Stewards that after being dislodged whilst riding trackwork at Sha Tin this morning, he is suffering from some low back pain. As Jockey Fourie is unable to obtain an appointment with the appropriate medical specialist until tomorrow afternoon, confirmation of his availability to fulfil riding engagements at the Happy Valley race meeting will not be known until that time. A further release will be issued at the appropriate time advising whether Jockey Fourie is passed fit to ride.
