The Stewards have received a medical certificate advising that Jockey Richard Fourie, who sustained a lower back injury when dislodged during track work on 1 February 2016, is unfit to resume riding and remains stood down.
At their scheduled meeting on 18 February 2016, the Licensing Committee will consider an application previously submitted by Jockey Fourie that his Club Jockey’s licence be withdrawn effective 25 February 2016.
