Jockey M L Yeung, who sustained a facial injury after being dislodged at trackwork this morning, has been stood down from his riding engagements at the Happy Valley race meeting to be conducted tomorrow night.

It was announced yesterday that Jockey M Chadwick, who has been indisposed due to an injury to his right knee, had received a medical clearance to resume riding in races. It was also announced that Jockey Chadwick intended to accept riding engagements for the Sha Tin race meeting on Sunday, 21 February 2016. However, in light of Jockey M L Yeung being stood down from tomorrow night’s Happy Valley meeting, Jockey Chadwick has accepted the relevant aforementioned riding engagements.
Jockey C Y Ho has advised Stewards that he incurred an injury to his left elbow yesterday which required him to seek medical treatment. Whilst he will undergo a further routine medical examination tomorrow morning, Jockey Ho advises that he is confident of fulfilling his race riding engagements at tomorrow night’s Happy Valley meeting, however, as he was not able to ride trackwork this morning, he would not be able to fulfil his riding engagement on NO MONEY NO TALK in Race 8 due to being unable to ride the horse at the weight. Accordingly, the Stewards have approved Jockey M Chadwick to be substituted as the rider of NO MONEY NO TALK.
