The Licensing Committee has, by circulation of paper, agreed to grant, subject to the usual formalities, a Club Jockey’s licence to Olivier Doleuze for the period 3 April 2016 until the conclusion of the current 2015/2016 racing season. Accordingly, Jockey Doleuze is able to accept riding engagements for the Sha Tin race meeting on this coming Sunday, 3 April.
