1
Big Time Baby
Once he had found some room he quickened up nicely to win a fast-ground novices' event on his debut. A similar distance today though the ground is expected to be slow.
2
Global Applause
This big colt won both his starts over this distance, latterly when defeating five accomplished opponents in a Listed event at Sandown, showing decisive speed. Chance if he's happy on softer conditions.
3
Legendary Lunch
Apparent excuses for defeat when odds-on for his second start, winning the other two and showing courage to hold on in Listed company over 1200m at Epsom last time. No problem back in distance and he is versatile groundwise.
4
Nuclear Power
Has shown some promise in both starts but surely not enough to give his smalltime trainer a big win here.
5
Peace Envoy
Although he ducked left and collided with the rail near the end that didn't prevent him winning a Listed event over 1200m at Naas last time. Apart from his inexperience he is clearly very talented and has enough pace to cope with the return to 1000m.
6
Plata O Plomo
From a small stable, he was edgy before the start of his debut, but looked professional in that 1000m maiden last month. He grabbed an early lead and beat off more experienced rivals.
7
Prince Of Cool
Runs here in preference to Tuesday's two-year-old Listed race. He made a winning start to his career when landing a 1000m fast-ground maiden last month, with his nearest victim winning subsequently.
8
Prince Of Lir
An expensive purchase who showed too much speed for some able and more experienced rivals in a 1000m fast-ground condition race at Beverley last month.
9
Silver Line
Made favourite for his debut run and, getting a lovely spot up the rails, he surged clear of his rivals in that 1012m novices' event at Nottingham last month.
10
The Last Lion
Won a prestigious early-season two-year-old race, looking to enjoy the soft ground. Two good starts since, just failing to give weight to a talented newcomer on fast ground last time.
11
Red Lodge
Her US stable won this race three years ago and this filly is clearly pretty quick having easily won a valuable 1000m turf maiden at Belmont last month.
