The Committee, by circulation of paper:-
noted that Assistant Trainer Vincent S K Sit has been allocated to Trainer David Ferraris for the 2016/2017 racing season effective from 26 July 2016; and
resolved to:-
2.1 withdraw the Assistant Trainer’s licence previously granted to Tai Siu Lun for the current 2016/2017 racing season effective on 27 July 2016, inclusive;
2.2 grant Mr Tai an Assistant Trainer II licence for the 2016/2017 racing season effective on 27 July 2016, allocated to Trainer Manfred Man; and
2.3 direct Management to advise Mr Tai in writing that a further Assistant Trainer II licence will not be granted beyond the expiration of his licence for the 2016/2017 racing season.
