The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria Limited that SUNNY ORIENT (V302), formerly named as NET WEALTH, wore blinkers in four of its eight race starts in Australia.
Mr T P Yung, trainer of SUNNY ORIENT, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Yung’s request has been approved.
