The free entry period for the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s flagship meeting, the LONGINES Hong Kong International Races, will close on Monday, 24 October at 6pm (Hong Kong time).
The entry process is now easier than ever with a new Online Entry Form at the Hong Kong Jockey Club website, www.hkjc.com .
With HK$83 million on offer, the “turf world championships” at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, 11 December, will bring some of the world’s best horses together in four exciting contests – the HK$25 million Group 1 LONGINES Hong Kong Cup (2000m), the HK$23 million Group 1 LONGINES Hong Kong Mile (1600m), the HK$18.5 million Group 1 LONGINES Hong Kong Sprint (1200m) and the HK$16.5 million Group 1 LONGINES Hong Kong Vase (2400m).
The new Online Entry Form allows multiple entries to be made at the click of a mouse, not only for the LONGINES HKIR but also for all of Hong Kong’s G1, G2 and G3 races.
With Hong Kong’s acceptance into Part 1 of the “Blue Book” earlier in 2016, all of the jurisdiction’s 31 Group races are now open to international entrants. The Jockey Club website also features an online version of the Hong Kong Pattern Book.
