At the Happy Valley race meeting conducted last night, Apprentice Jockey Kei K K Chiong rode her 45th winner on PACKING DRAGON for Trainer P F Yiu. As such, Apprentice Chiong’s claiming allowance is now reduced to 5 lbs commencing with the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, 12 November 2016.
