The Stewards have been provided with a medical certificate advising that Freelance Jockey Derek K C Leung, who has been stood down from riding since being dislodged during the Sha Tin race meeting conducted on Sunday, 23 October 2016, has been passed fit to resume riding and is therefore now able to accept race riding engagements.
